Prakash, a distinguished alumnus of Metallurgy Department, REC, Srinagar, Batch of ’88,harbored a lifelong dream of establishing a thriving production facility. His journey began at MinexMetallurgical Limited, where he honed his skills in marketing and management.
Inspired by his mentor, Mr. S. B. Misra, the founder of Minex, Prakash embarked on a newchapter in 1996, giving birth to P&P Metalloys. The company's initial focus was on trading copperand aluminum scrap, supplying leading foundries across the region.

In 2007, Prakash's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a manufacturing facility in Trichy. Thismarked a significant milestone, as P&P Metalloys ventured into the production of ferro alloypowders, catering to the growing demands of the electrode and wearplate industry
